I would like to write an open letter to all the restaurants included in the Capital District Entertainment Book.
I buy the Entertainment Book because, among other things, I like to experiment with new restaurants. I enjoy eating out, and I enjoy finding interesting places to take visitors.
However, I have noticed a trend in the recent years' Entertainment Books that disappointed me greatly. Each year there are fewer restaurants that offer the option of 50 percent off the cost of the meal when dining alone rather than one dinner free with the purchase of another.
